We went there for their lunch buffet. The food was very fresh, and the service was great! Not a bad price as well-it was only $9.99. I'd definitely go back, especially for their amazing naan.

We have been looking for a decent Indian Restaurant since the Peacock Restaurant in Dearborn closed. We are pleased and have dined here a lot .

This has got to be the best Indian restaurant around. You have to be open minded to the food, if you go in paranoid and apprehensive, you'll have a bad time. The food is always good and consistent and the waitress is absolutely amazing. Their garlic naan is a must have!

Naan is fabulous. Dishes are good but some seem like there is some pre packaged ingredients. Great for a carry out.

The one waitress we've had, has always been very attentive. You feel like the service is personalized. We've only eaten here at dinner and it's good. Everything is cooked perfectly, chicken is moist and tender, sauces are flavorful. I don't get quite the array/complex spice palette I expect when I have Indian food though. I would describe this place as "somewhere you take a person who has never had Indian food before." It's kind of "safe Indian food." No gulab jabun on dessert menu either! :/

I drove by this place a few times and was excited to find what looked like a family diner Indian style. Went in today (Sunday) a little after 7:00 pm, and they were moderately busy. Only one waitress for 10 + tables, and she had to bus and clear, too. Definitely not adequate, but she did the best she could. Vegetable pakora were way over done; sauces were very good though. Vegetable samosas were very good. I had Malai Kofta, and it was okay. Ordered it medium, and I thought the curry was a little rough. Husband had Lamb Rogan Josh and he really liked it. Plain Naan was good; garlic naan had minced jarred uncooked garlic added and I didn't care for it as much as I did the plain naan. Rice pudding was really good. I will try this place again; I have been to other places which were better, but I am willing to try again before I write it off and keep my fingers crossed that it will improve. For gosh sakes, please get the waitress some help!

Great food, a bit too bright - appears they are working on the lighting. Also have a buffet through the week we'll definitely come back for.

Samosa's are not that great but not terrible either. The place is clean reasonably decorated. Service is excellent, quick and responsive staff! Garlic naan and Paneer Bhurji was good. Overall, good value.

This is the best Indian place I've tried in Dearborn area. The buffet is a must try. It's 8.99. Lots of variety . Best Tarirhind sauce

Its the best Indian restaurant near inkster/dearborn heights/garden city. Biryani is not typical hyderabadi biryani. Its different. I like it. But, their best work is with bread (naan). Those are sooo soft and tastes amazing. Buffet is not bad but with few dishes. But their naan makes up for everything. Decent service.

I've never dined in so bear that in mind, but I've gotten takeaway from here twice now and my conclusion is pretty straightforward. My food was delicious. Both times it has come exactly as ordered and exactly within the projected amount of time they told me on the phone. The flavors were excellent, both with the Tarka Dal and the Baigan Bharta. Prices are comparable to Indian you'd find in the Ann Arbor area so there's nothing really to knock. If I could say anything negative, it would be my usual complaint about Indian food. See, I LOVE spicy food. I have an obsession, and I'm really quite good at consuming spicy food. It's very stimulating. But, because I have a tolerance, when I ask for my food "extra spicy" it never ACTUALLY tastes spicy to me. This is no exception. Nonetheless, even if I could do spicier (and I ALWAYS could do spicier), the flavors were downright excellent. I'll stop here again!

I went to this place twice with my gf. First time, the food was great, atmosphere ok, price very good. On our second visit, it was just disgusting!! My gf found hair in the rice and the waitress insisted that this comes from the rice bag. They changed the rice plate for her. Less than a minute later, i found hair in mine. And trust me it is hand hair!!! So the waitress was afraid that i wont pay. She got me the bill after continuously asking me: is there anything i can do? It was too late for the both of us. She proposed that i talk to the chef. I said ok! I decide to search in my plate for more disgusting evidence and i found hair again!!!!! The chef came and when confronted, he said i am wearing a hat on my head. My gf said yes but ur not wearing any gloves! I told him that i am not going to pay because this is just disgusting. We left and we are never going back. We are in search of a good indian place.

This was my first visit to Taj Cuisine and would go again for sure ! The food was good. Everything from the lentil soup, samosas, Butter Chicken, and Chicken Tandoori. The only thing that wasn't that great is the Naan (bread). It was very thin, more than I'm used to having, and a little bit dry. It was okay, but I've had better. Aside from the food, the place was nice and clean, and the service was good. The waiters were nice and kept checking on us. Would recommend it !

Back again and I'm so sad that the quality of food has really deteriorated ! Butter chicken away so thin it almost tasted like soup ! He have been so stingy putting up chicken tandoori ! Most of your patrons for lunch are Caucasians and they are looking for the most familiar grilled chicken so pile them up ! One thing I will still commend is its the only Indian buffet that have goat on the buffet which you don't see whether your in canton or by the Indian buffet islands of Farmington hills ! No more completion across the street made them complacent been back here weekly and the Last three times you have to wait half an hour before

This is definitely not a top notch Indian restaurant, meaning primarily the quality of food. Having said that, it's not bad food, it's actually good, just not great. If I lived in the area i would come again.

Ohh Man....Why didn't I reviewed this place after being dining in here mostly??? Urghh... Anyways, here it goes: I am sure that this place is now under a NEW MANAGEMENT (you can figure it out for any restaurant if you are a frequent visitor, trust me on this one). This place serves BUFFET for about close to $11, with great varieties of VEG/NON VEG stuffs including salads and desserts. And as far as the DINING-IN options goes: Again they have a plethora of VEG/NON VEG items such as Paratha, Butter Chicken, Veg/Chicken Biryani, several options in dry curries Okra, Eggplant, Paneer etc.. Lastly, the main thing which I like about this place is "THEY KNOW THE MEANING OF MILD, MEDIUM and SPICY!!! I think it's important for me at least :P Give them a try guys!!!!!! They hv good food and good staff

Their extensive menu made it difficult to decide what to order--so many things sounded so good. We ordered the Kadai Chicken and Baigan Bhartha (eggplant). Both were delicious! We will definitely go back.
